Check Eligibility
Verify that your item is in its original condition, unassembled, and in its original packaging within 14 days for change of mind or as required under Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods.
Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our support team via our online portal or visit your nearest Early Settler store with your order confirmation and photo evidence if the item is damaged.
Arrange Transportation
For small items, return them directly to a showroom; for bulky furniture pieces, our team will help coordinate a courier collection, though return freight charges may apply for change of mind.
Process Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method or arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched.
