We offer Australia-wide delivery with shipping costs calculated based on your location and the size of your order. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3-7 business days, while lead times for custom or pre-order furniture vary by product.

Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?

Yes, all Early Settler products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects. Many of our premium sofas and mattresses include extended structural warranties for additional peace of mind.

Can I click and collect my order?

Absolutely. During checkout, you can select 'Click & Collect' to pick up your items for free from any of our retail stores across Australia, provided the items are currently in stock at that location.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your home. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom orders and clearance items are generally excluded.

Do you provide furniture assembly services?

We offer professional assembly services in most metropolitan areas for an additional fee. You can add this service to your order during the checkout process or contact your local store to arrange it after delivery.
